Maliuta88 has found a bug in MG9. Here is step-by-step repro:
PC is a member of MG and has 2 active quests "Breaking the Siege" (Quest_MG_GNZ3 and Quest_MG_GNZ3_Teron).
Persuade Paullus to side with Meru via Streetwise, after that he blow up Al-Akia.
Report to Athanasius - he reward PC for MG9 quest properly (25+ SP, 1000 gold, -5 MG rep). Quest_MG_GNZ3 is completed.
Report to Antidas - he treat PC as HD member, rewarding PC for HD5 quest as if he blowed Al-Akia, not IG (30+ SP, +5 HD rep, -15 HC rep). Quest_MG_GNZ3_Teron is active and can't be completed.

Carnage has found a bug in Meru's dialogue in Al-Akia recently:
When you visit the Star Room in Ganezzar before going to Al-Akia, then ask Meru what made him see the light there (having CHA 7), his answer looks weird, like you never visit the Star Room.

Al-Akia entrance interaction is bugged in IG7 - the loremaster, who was previously killed by Aurelians, talks as if he is alive.

UPD. Fixed here.

It should be the Temple, not Al-Akia. Do you have a savegame?

The whole 2nd floor of that house is just a mess, so I've just de-activate that chest, 'cause it's empty. Temporary solution is:

Suggestion: add some quest SP (5 or 10) reward for succesfull conversation in star room (by helmet, drug or ming shield), like for similar arch-aegis conversation. It is quite gated content so not very sensitive to balance and at the same time, the lack of SP bonus looks strange, IMHO. Also Crass rep bonus maybe.

There is no flow - Meru take you to his expedition to Al-Akia or not (but not of this case).

1) The dead river generator: now it is possible to receive infinitely the second civil SP reward if there is no suitable crystal in the inventory. Save attached.

2) Suggestion: add icons and pop-up messages to crystal consoles in Al-Akiia that they inactive, unpowered, broken etc. Now it's strange that they are not active for the player at all.

3) Civil SP suggestion: get BS ingots from the merchant in Ganezzar pretending to be a fanatic (GSQ_Trader_01.xml) - 1 SP, like with trader near the inn in Teron.

4) Civil SP suggestion: GNZ_NPC_Pancratius_01.xml: convince him with conversational skills to avoid fight with Hector in Darganus quest line.

Nope. Seems like your version is obsolete.

Adding, also fixed the door visual glitch.

Teron inn trader con reward is 2 civil SP, while the checks are much easier, so I believe that reward must be 2 civil SP.

Adding 1 civil SP - the check is rather easy.

1) There is no combatSP reward for fight against Miltiades and his thugs. Save attached.

2) Quest_AG7_01.xml: should be +1 bodycount for successful poisoning of the legatus. Also, civillSP suggestion: successfully persuade the legatus to send the guards out of the tent - 1-2 SP.

3) GNZ_Quest_Milt_02.xml: "Ты дважды пыряешь его и отпускаешь. Он делает шаг назад, подносит к лицу окровавленные руки, словно отказываясь поверить в произошедшее, затем его колени подгибаются, и он падает." - should be +1 bodycount.

4) There is no "Reach the Temple" quest complition in journal and no questSP reward for it.

5) "AG9_01": changeRep(assassins, -10); changeRep(aurelian, -10); changeRep(crassus, 10); // Complete AG9 - Killed Hamza. - maybe setRep like in other similar cases ? And +\- to loyalty in AG9_01 and  AG9_02 too. And maybe +1 combat rep for killing Hamza and two other boatmen in the guild.

6) Suggestion: swap Regeneration Potion in the tample's safe to Amaranthus Extract - it's quite inconsistent to find this low-tech self-made elixir among the things of old magi. Also, maybe to add some other rare and basic alcemy compaunds, say, Dragon's Blood Extract, sulfur, etc.

7) Quest_AG9_01.xml: "[критический удар - успех] [уклонение - успех] Кормчий, стоявший рядом, умирает мгновенно..." - should be +2 CS
"[критический удар - успех] [уклонение - неудача]" - +2 CS trainig too
"[успех] [ловкость - успех] Ещё несколько лет назад ты бы ни за что..." - +1 CS training
