It's funny, but my work's i-net hasn't such issues like my home one. So, I'll do all uploads from it for now.
Uploaded aod_russian_1.6.0.105_33.zip and Fixes&typos_1.6.0.105_33.zip with the above-mentioned fixes + some more from the RU thread + old bugs (full list is here).

UPD. I've installed FastProxy. Seems like GD and GT are working for now.

I'm merging 33, but there is one thing. Our Teron_Mine_01.xml file is newer (uploaded yesterday by Oscar), while your dates back to 24.03.18. However, Oscar was merging in your 31st fix pack, so I don't even know which is a proper one. The only difference is that Oscar's file has this at line 1946, yours doesn't:

<string>aod.quest_teronMine_reportToDellar = false;</string>

Please let me know which is the proper one.

I've just checked - my files Teron_Mine_01.xml from version 31 and 33 are the same.
I've found it - I've added the line:
        <string>aod.quest_teronMine_reportToDellar = false;</string>
in the file Teron_Mine_01.xml (UID 1316) in the small mod-fix Outpost Dellar Report Fix, but never include it in the hot-fix or CE mod, since simn didn't answered if he/she tested various Outpost outcomes, while I've just forgot about it afterwards.
Btw, same line in same UID must be placed in the file TMO_ControlPanel_01.xml.

In short - yes, I think that line should be added in the files Teron_Mine_01.xml and TMO_ControlPanel_01.xml (UID 1316).

Checked - almost all seems fine to me - deleted v.33 and uploaded v.34 of both files with some latest changes:

1. Fixed Grain of Truth quest bug.

2. Fixed 2 hyphen typos in EN quests file.

They are in the attached file last_fixes_2.zip (also uploaded it to GD) to save your time for checking it.

Some typos in the file concerning the Steam success:
Kingmaker : "Broker an alliance between House Daratan and convince Commander Carrinas to proclaim Antidas an Emperor.". It should be "Broker an alliance between House Daratan and Imperial Guards, and convince Commander Carrinas to proclaim Antidas an Emperor.

There are also plenty of sentences with missing dot :

There's a Steam discussion featuring more success, but why not make one shoot, two hits ? Unless the devs thinks it's gonna break one of their datasource?

A typo has been left in file Quest_TG5_02.xml at UID#3480 :
<npc_text>The first thing you see is Lucius, slumped in the corner, dead. The next moment the Boatmen attack you, hoping to take you by surpise. The two are badly wounded, but it's small comfort at this point in the game.</npc_text>
It should be "surprise".  Salute
