Question: If one were to make a list of all the skill checks available for a given skill, to what extent would the requirements between each be gradated? Is this something that would be monitored during development, so as to make most skill investments potentially worthwhile?

Also, is there any trend for more esoteric or inaccessible content to have higher skill checks? Is the spread of different levels of skill checks a primary design consideration?

Naturally, it was monitored and given a lot of consideration during the development. There are plenty of high level checks to justify investing into a skill (including slvl 100). Obviously, content that requires high level checks will not be accessible if you don't have the skills.
