The most important question is "what does a fleeing enemy add to gameplay?"

I think the answer could be: "variety"
For the sake of variety?

... and moreover (for the whole game): "atmosphere"(because of another "almost realistic element") and "greater immersion in the game world"(since the Player is not annoyed and distracted from feeling "to be in the world", because of stupid and unrealistic behaviour of NPCs).
I think the player would be much more annoyed and distracted by having to hunt down fleeing NPCs.

RPGs have nothing to do with realism, which usually kills fun. Who wants:

- every hit to the head is fatal
- you can only carry one armor set (currently equipped) and 3-4 weapons.
- very limited skill growth (contrary to what you may believe, a novice can become a dual wielding, whirlwinding blademaster of death in a few months)
- you can catch a cold and die

I think this would be great in game with 10 or less fights...

Str 6 Dex 10 Con 6 Int 7 Per 6 Cha 5

Skills : Dagger, Dodge, Critical Strike, Streetwise

And I´m really interested in throwing weapons so If they will be working properly I will put some points into Throwing.

We were contacted by a well known publisher today. The publisher thinks that AoD is a "top-tier" product that simply must be on Gamestop and EB Games shelves across North America.
I hope someone in Europe will have the same opinion .

I realy love the ring. I think it nicely fits in game where fights aren´t so often.
