the only step between this and absolute perfection would be some backgrounds instead of black backdrops. Nothing too important, though.
I disagree. The portraits look classy now. Adding backgrounds will create clutter.

Sweet.  The box now is compositionally strange, down and to the right slightly would be better but I am a Nazi about that stuff.  Can you see based on the image?

-Edit.  Seeing the full screen it doesn't look as bad, but is still slightly off.   I hope it makes sense.

Lovely portraits. Grin (And they seem to fit well into the interface, in regards to ambiance imo.)

I'd swap their places, the way it's now implies that the portrait is yours and not Feng's. Perhaps it would also help if both the portrait and the ingame shot were of similar size.

BTW. How many portraits will there be?

Depends entirely on our friend and benefactor. We'd need at least 25, hopefully 35-40.

I only dont like Fengs. Not because it isnt awesome on itself but because the face seems too serene even naive... to much for such a bastard. I know, i know... but still.
Some more menace and cunning-ness and more age-ness would do him good.

I think Feng's portrait gives an impression of an intelligent, cold, cynical, and sociopathic bastard.

Excellent portraits , I'm speechless because I really got nothing bad to say about them ... fantastic !

Why the portraits are usually look so much better then the characters themselves in cRPG games ? mmm....

The game will be delayed anyways, but release the combat demo at least !

Incredible, really love the variations and how the portrait really lends itself to the description. Feng's is really cool because you can see that unknown age.

MOAR!

Yeah, I love Feng's too because of that exact same reason. These are of incredible quality! Good job, whoever you are.
