Here it is, the solution for busy game devs who don't have time to individually answer the thousands of forum posts pertaining to their latest AAA project.

Requires Flash Player.  Windows users, if you can't click-and-view the .swf file, try downloading it first, then Open With... your favourite internet browser.

Anyone finding the text too small, try this:  maximize the window, right-click on the Flash movie and select Show All.  The .swf will expand to fill the maximum available area.  This might help.  You can also right-click and Zoom in on the image, but this is a bit kludgy.

EA, Bethesda, Obsidian, et al:  I'll be waiting for your bids.

Screenshots first, DragonRage.swf at very bottom...

I laughed harder at this than almost anything in the past week or so. Grade A (or AAA) take-that to... well, everyone who's ever sincerely liked an DGMRPG (Dark, Gritty, Mainstream Role-Playing Game) or, God forbid, made one.

I'mma go back and change the name and feature to "Elder Scrolls 5: Screw Y'all, We're Rich and Don't Care" and "Moar Bloom," respectively, then laugh some more.

hehe great.

Only the font is really small so i have to really squint to read it.
And are we supposed to see those screenshots inside .swf or they are there just to establish dark and gritty atmosphere?

Excellent !

I just LOVE your .swf files Wink

I do not see why "it" requires a "Windows users" ... ?
Your programs works great under any OS with a web browser, at least with Firefox it works perfectly !

Keep the good work.

Very interesting.  I didn't post it on the BioWare forums because I assumed it would be censored, and the moderators are all over everything that is posted there, like a hawk on speed.  I'm glad they have a sense of humour!   Salute

I sent it to RPGWatch, and actually several others, none of whom have linked it.

David Gaider said some nice things about AoD in that BIO thread:

As an aside, anyone who digs hardcore RPG's should totally go to the site where the DragonRage bit was posted. "Age of Decadence" has made some fantastic strides and is looking great -- I eagerly encourage you all to go and take a look. I intend to play it when it comes out.

(And, no, I do not own a piece of it. Smile )

It's a pity that "Enslaving Nations with Necromancy" doesn't fit, though.
