Interview.  I thought they asked some very good questions.  Also includes heretofore unseen images from beyond.

Yes, very good questions. Nice to see an interviewer actually make an effort.

Very nice interview. The idea of 'Text Adventures' to show some of Lovecraft's more horrifying creations is one I hadn't considered before, but it seems to fix. Onwards and upwards.

Looking forward to examples of the illustrated text adventures. I think its a good way to treat the difficulty of conveying Lovecraftian horror, but I could also imagine that its difficult to make it mesh well with the rest of the game, and to make sure that suspense can build up to these moments in the game proper.

Well, they should be a damn sight more interesting than stupid card mini-games and so forth. Especially with great storytelling and (hopefully) good art working in tandem.

Good interview by the way. He did have some interesting questions indeed.

Seems that the interview gave the Codex crowd a boner.

Well, some of them want racism addressed.

And yes, it was a good interview. Smile

Agree with Anonxeuix, loved your answer about the racism and agree with you 100%.

Being Jewish myself I still think that the deeds/works of the man are separated from his believes (IF the deeds/works are not connected with his beliefs).
We can't ignore the works of some racists people just because they are racists.
We can however not agree with their beliefs and views of the world - but their works is a different issue.

BTW Locercraft's wife was Jewish (so I find it very strange that he marry her despite being a racist).

H.L. Mencken is seen as an anti-Semite and is famous for his negative views of Southern USA, but he was married to a Jewish woman from Alabama. And, as he wrote in his diary, he had to ask the hosts of a public event not to seat him and his wife at the same table with black people because, while his wife had had largely managed to overcome her Alabama education, eating at the same table with black people was too much for her.
